What we store

• Your email address — used for registration confirmations and receipts.
• The participant details and answers you submit on a registration form — including each participant's name, category, and assigned bib and registration numbers.
• A per-registration verification token, delivered in your confirmation QR and verify link — anyone holding it can confirm the entry, so keep it to yourself.
• Payment records: amounts, fees, and the payment provider's reference IDs.
• An audit trail of administrative actions (who changed what, and when) to keep accounts accountable.

What we never see

Card and e-wallet details. Payments are processed by our payment provider (PayMongo) — we never handle, store, or transmit your card numbers, PINs, or wallet credentials.

How long we keep it

Registration and payment records are kept while an event needs reporting, refunds, or reconciliation — the same records your receipt and race-day QR come from.

Your controls

You can ask us to correct or delete your data, or to tell you what we hold — reach us through the contact page. We operate with Philippine data-privacy practices in mind.
