SUB MY RACE VISUAL WORLD CONTRACT — seed 8d3be293 (impeccable, mode persuade). THESIS: the homepage IS the race — arrive at the gun-start line (KM 0) and scroll the course to the finish; distance is never decoration, each kilometer marker carries a real section, and the transparent fee breakdown sits at a checkpoint the way a runner reads a timing split; refuses the centered photo hero + event-card grid default. OWN-WORLD: royal-blue signal on white (light) and deep-navy asphalt (dark), brand red reserved for destructive moments; Big Shoulders display numerals + headlines, Inter body; crisp 4px radius; a route-line + km-marker grammar across nav, content, CTA. STORY: a runner trusts within seconds that this is the fast, honest way to claim a real spot — webhook-confirmed payment, fees shown as separate line items, a verifiable QR for race morning. FIRST VIEWPORT: a start-line gantry — giant KM 0 marker, SUB MY RACE wordmark, one headline, one primary action (Find a race), a live countdown to the next gun start, and the route line beginning downward. FORM: "Gun Start / the course", rank 7 of 7 grounded directions. FINISH: unreviewed and undocumented is unfinished; this build ends with the finish review, the verdict, and DESIGN.md.
